No carb noodles, the guilt free pasta marinara.

Guilt free Pasta Marinara
With these noodles.. Also known as Shintaki noodles.. you can have a bowl full of pasta with marinara sauce for about 120 calories(2 servings) or less!!
The noodles can be a little scary..but if you rinse them really well before putting them in the skillet.. they have no flavor at all and just take on the flavor of the sauce they are in.. they are also only 15 calories per serving!!! This recipe is 2 servings for 120 calories!! Yes 60 calories per serving!! They are also gluten free and low in carbs!!
Fix the Shintaki noodles according to the directions.
Once the noodles are prepared , add to skillet
1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes,
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook until liquid is almost gone..
Plate half or all for yourself or serve as a side for dinner.
Top with parmesan and enjoy guilt free pasta!!
