Morning snack time!
I have been out working in the garden this morning….time for a refreshing break so I whipped this YUM up in my NINJA!
1 frozen banana
8 frozen strawberries
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup almond milk (35 calorie one)
low fat whipped cream (i used reddiwhip)
strawberry on top
Put all in ninja or blender and blend! Squirt some whip cream and top with strawberry. Sit on you patio and enjoy while listening to some birds sing and smelling the sweet scent of my arbor roses!
ahhhh….now that’s a great break !
